So we built the alternative. ## Our story KrosAI was started inside KrosWeb, a software studio building products for Africa and the broader emerging-market world. We kept hitting the same wall: every voice AI project we touched was bottlenecked on the same thing — telecom. Numbers took weeks to provision. Calls routed through Frankfurt and back. Local accents confused models trained on US English. So we built the layer we wished existed: a CPaaS purpose-built for AI voice, in the regions that mattered to us. ## What we're building KrosAI is the phone-number-and-routing layer underneath your voice AI. We provision local lines in 50+ countries, stream audio bidirectionally with sub-20ms latency, and stay out of your AI stack.
