Our story
KrosAI was started inside KrosWeb, a software studio building products for Africa and the broader emerging-market world. We kept hitting the same wall: every voice AI project we touched was bottlenecked on the same thing — telecom. Numbers took weeks to provision. Calls routed through Frankfurt and back. Local accents confused models trained on US English. So we built the layer we wished existed: a CPaaS purpose-built for AI voice, in the regions that mattered to us.
What we're building
KrosAI is the phone-number-and-routing layer underneath your voice AI. We provision local lines in 50+ countries, stream audio bidirectionally with sub-20ms latency, and stay out of your AI stack. You bring the agent; we bring the telecom.
Emerging markets first
We build for Lagos, Nairobi, Jakarta and São Paulo before we build for San Francisco. The needs are different, and they deserve infrastructure designed for them.
